I’m a songwriter at heart.

I write songs about love, relationships, dreams and nightmares. I write songs that even on my worst day, bring me joy… it’s damn near a spiritual experience.

Knowing God moves my pen fills me with a sense of responsibility. With that, I try to be myself and allow ideas to flow through me. I create, and I create for the audience of 3: Me, myself, and I, and with each new admirer I’m reminded of the responsibility to give it my all.

I celebrate my gifts in a world where no one can possibly understand, so I create these familiar visuals and produce familiar sounds to translate my intangible imagination into storytelling products.

Epiphanies & Tiffanies is a 12-track record created by Cootchill and is the culmination of years of songwriting work coming together in the form of R&B music. It’s a project that features beats by some of the best R&B producers and focuses on telling and selling stories about love, and all of the many dynamics and complexities that go along with being in, expressing, or desiring love.
